This week Dynamic Access were approached by one of the UK’s leading specialist access companies for our experience in difficult access and our
proven track record of high level cleaning.
Their clients problem was simple, while carrying out renovation works, a large amount of dust had been created. A high level builders clean of steel work and glazing was required to bring the building back to its best, access had proven difficult so Dynamic Access were contracted in to provide assistance due to there known expertise in difficult access and high level cleaning.
When planning a technical clean like this, provision for
rescue is paramount. Great care was taken at the planning stages to ensure
that before any work was carried out, the persons working at height had
the ability to efficiently rescue an injured person from any point on the steel.
Work was carried out over two days and completed well within the given time. Dynamic Access will return later on this month and carry out the sparkle clean just before the hand over to the new owners, Premier Inn.
